What we collect
- Mobile number and email you enter for login or delivery.
- The RC / DL number (and date of birth for DL) you search for.
- Technical data such as IP address, device identifier and browser details, used for security and fair-use limits.
- Cookies that keep you logged in, remember your language and identify your device for fair-use limits.
- Payment status from our payment partner. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
How we use it
To provide the requested information, deliver documents, process payments and wallet credits, prevent fraud and abuse, and send service messages on email and WhatsApp.
Storage and retention
Document data and PDFs are encrypted at rest. Unpaid previews are deleted within 48 hours; delivered documents are deleted shortly after the download link expires. Order records are kept as required for accounting.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the service (data provider, payment gateway, email and WhatsApp delivery) or when required by law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawing consent stops further processing but does not undo orders already delivered.
Children
The service is meant for adults. Please do not use it if you are under 18.
Grievance Officer
My Seva Portal, [email protected]. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
