By using My Seva Portal ("we", "us") operated by My Seva Portal, you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of service
We provide information about vehicle registration certificates and driving licences obtained from authorised third-party data providers. We are not a government agency and the documents we deliver are information copies for reference, not official certificates.
2. Lawful use
You confirm that you are the owner of the document or have a lawful purpose and consent to access it. You must not use the service for harassment, stalking, fraud or any unlawful purpose. We may block access and report misuse.
3. Free preview and fair use
A limited number of free, partially masked previews are available per device per day. Automated access, scraping or attempts to bypass limits are prohibited.
4. Payments and delivery
Prices are shown before payment and include applicable taxes. After successful payment the complete details and PDF link are sent to the email and WhatsApp number you provide. Download links are valid for 24 hours.
5. Accuracy
Information is provided as received from data providers. We do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free. For official purposes, rely on documents issued by your RTO or DigiLocker.
6. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
7. Grievance redressal
Write to our Grievance Officer, My Seva Portal, at [email protected]. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at the place of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
