What does DTH full information show?

The account name, registered mobile (partly hidden by the operator), balance, monthly amount, plan, last and next recharge dates, switch-off date and the installation address, as the operator records them.

Where do I find my DTH number?

It is your customer ID or VC number: on your bill or welcome letter, or on the set-top box screen (Menu, then My account or the info screen).

What if my account is not found after I pay?

If the operator can't find the account, the full amount is credited to your wallet.
