Can I use Aadhaar instead of PAN?

Yes. Enter either your PAN or your 12-digit Aadhaar number. We show an Aadhaar number masked (XXXX XXXX 1234) everywhere.

What if no report is found?

If the bureau has no credit record for these details (for example, if you have never had a loan or credit card), the full amount is credited to your wallet.

Is the Equifax report free?

No. Each report is fetched from Equifax for you, with your consent. Equifax also gives a free report on its own website after you sign up there; here you get the PDF in about a minute without creating an account.
