General

Is this an official government website?

No. My Seva Portal is a private information service. We are not affiliated with MoRTH, Parivahan or any RTO. Details are sourced from authorised third-party data providers.

How do I download the PDF?

Right after a successful payment, the download button appears on your order page, usually within 60 seconds. The download link is also sent to your email and WhatsApp and stays valid for 24 hours.

What if the record is not found after I pay?

If we cannot fetch the record after payment, the full amount is credited to your My Seva Portal wallet. Log in with the same WhatsApp number to use it for your next download.

Which payment methods are accepted?

UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and popular wallets through our secure payment partner.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Documents are encrypted in storage, download links expire automatically and personal data is deleted after a short retention period.

RC Download

What details can I see with an RC number?

Owner name, registration date, RTO, vehicle make and model, fuel type, chassis & engine numbers, insurance, fitness, tax, PUCC validity and financer details.

What format should I enter the RC number in?

Enter it without spaces or dashes, for example MH12AB1234 or 22BH1234AB. Lower-case letters are fine.

Can I check RC details for free?

Yes, you get a free masked preview of the RC details. Download the complete RC PDF after a small payment.

Is the downloaded RC PDF valid?

The PDF is an information copy for reference. For official use, the RC issued by your RTO or the one in DigiLocker/mParivahan is the legally valid document.

What do I need to check driving licence details?

Your driving licence number (e.g. MH0320140001234) and your date of birth as printed on the licence.

Why are there two DL PDF formats?

Download the smart-card PDF (card layout, front & back) or the A4 PDF (full page). See the sample previews before you pay.

My licence is not found. What should I do?

Check the licence number and date of birth. Very old or recently issued licences may not be available with the data provider yet.
